BOX 138 - 161 E 300 N HINCKLEY, UTAH 84635 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2021, TOWN COUNCIL MEETING WAS CANCELED DUE TO COUNCILMEMBERS BEING ILL AND NOT BEING ABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF CONSTITUTING A QUOURM. THE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED AND WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2021, AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 161 E. 300 N. CERTIFICATE OF MAILING: The undersigned duly appointed clerk for the Municipality of Hinckley Town, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing agenda was posted to the Utah Public Notice Website, emailed to the Millard County Chronicle Progress newspaper in Delta, Utah and emailed to each member of the Governing Body, as well as being posted at the Hinckley Post Office, Hinckley Town Office, and advertisement board at 12 E. 500 N., Hinckley, Utah, on or before the 17th day of September 2021.
