BACKGROUND: (Presented by Assistant to the City Administrator Evan Berrett) The proposed code amendment adds language requiring accounts for utility services be in the name of the property owner. This amendment is intended to remedy issues Eagle Mountain City has had with providing service to and receiving payment from rental properties.
