EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 28, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - The La Petite Dog Grooming Conditional Use Permit for a home dog grooming business located on approximately 10 acres of parcel 58:047:0017. - The Spring Run Phase D Amended Preliminary Plat and Master Development Plan for 68 lots on approximately 24.62 acres of land north of Spring Mountain Drive. - The Fire Station 251 Rezone and General Plan Amendment for approximately 1.25 acres of land located at parcels 59:045:0065 and 59:045:0064. - The Mochila Saloon RTI Overlay Rezone for approximately 160 acres located at parcel 59:068:0004. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANIING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
