PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is being given that the Washington City Council will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 13 2021 at 6:00 P.M. hosted at the Washington City Office located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings.The Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following: Consideration to approve Zone Change request Z-21-17 to change from RA-1 (Residential Agricultural minimum 1 acre) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 minimum sq ft lots) located at approximately 300 East 4500 South. Applicant: Bright Ideas REI, LLC A detailed description and information is available in the Community Development Office located in the Washington City Offices. Public comment for this topic may be submitted through the 'Items Available for Public Comment' portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings.
