- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Travis Maddox is requesting approval of a Fina Plat for a 2-lot subdivision located at approximately 4764 W 11200 N. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
