- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 14, 2021; The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 21-55: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3532 SOUTH 5450 WEST FROM R-2-8 (TWO UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 8,000 SQUARE FEET) TO R-1-8 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 8,000 SQUARE FEET)' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
