PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on October 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Community Center, located at 151 West 300 South, Salem, Utah 84653, to consider an annexation. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request from S&J Bird Annexation to annex 4.851 Acres of property owned by Larry Lee & Diana Ballard, Steven & Jillyn Bird into Salem City limits. This property is located at approximately 109 West Salem Canal Road (Parcel #30:029:0202 & Parcel# 30:0390:043). All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder.
