Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at which time public comment will be heard and consideration given to rezone the property at 1100 South Main Street. It is proposed to change the zoning for Parcel Numbers 06-061-0133, 06-061-0134, 06-061-0135, 06-062-0015, 06-062-0016, and 06-061-0111 from Commercial, C-1, to Residential 4, R-4 for multi-family dwellings.
