Holly Hardy to discuss options of changing Wellsville City fencing ordinance in the front yard of homes. Ordinance #10-36-15 10. Glenn Ames discuss options for the Sherwood Hills property. 11. Review & discuss the approval process for the RDA zone. 12. Review & discuss new code to allow mixed use property projects that are smaller than 20 acres, allowing mixed residential & commercial uses in commercial development. 13. Discuss authorizing South Cache Development to prepare a specific plan for their development. Tax Id. #11-087-0008 14. Discuss concept, preliminary and final subdivision approvals along with public hearing process. Ordinance #11-3-2, #11-3-3 & #11-3-5 15. Discuss Master Annexation Policy needs to be changed publicly from a Code Amendment 2021-15 to a Code Amendment 2021-07 16. Continue discussion about water restrictions with culinary and secondary water for Wellsville City and notification process. 17. Scott Wells discuss 4th quarter financial report for May 2021. 18. Department reports 19. City Manager/Recorders report.
