- PUBLIC NOTICE RESUMES ARE BEING SOUGHT BY THE DUCHESNE COUNTY COMMISSION FOR TWO (2) APPOINTMENTS TO THE UPPER COMMUNITY RECREATION DISTRICT BOARD. The Commission is asking for resumes from interested individuals from Upper Country Area to serve on the Upper Community Recreation District Board of Directors. The Board meets the first Thursday of each month, at the Altamont High School Auditorium, Altamont, Utah. Terms are typically four years. Resumes will be accepted until 5 p.m. October 15, 2021 and should be submitted to Duchesne County Commission Assistant, Melissa Hughes, melissa.hughes@duchesne.utah.gov, 734 North Center Street, or P.O.
