- Wednesday, September 15, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Preliminary Plat A. NORTH POINT PROPERTIES PLAT A. The proposal involves creating three (3) lots for an industrial subdivision located at 63 East 3450 North. 2. Conditional Use Permit A. HIGHWAY 6 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment and adding additional equipment on an existing tower located at approximately 3815 East Highway 6. 3. Zone Change A. 300 NORTH DUPLEX ADDITION. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for an additional duplex to be built on the property located at 455 East 300 North. 4. Concept Review A. WILLOWBROOK. The proposal involves an industrial development located at approximately 1200 North 1100 East. 5. Discussion A. CENTRACOM. The proposal involves a building and fence enclosure to be located at 3652 East Highway 6. 6. Adjourn
