The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: 1. Opening business a. Meeting Called to Order b. Approval of Minutes for August 18, 2021 2. Public Comment 3. City Council/ Mayor Assignment a. Equine Community Presentation- Jackie O'Shea b. Discussion and recommendation on potential BMX Park in Syracuse City 4.
