The Parks and Recreation Advisory committee will be taking a bus tour of Nibley City to view current and proposed parks, trails, and open space. The public is invited, and special invitations are extended to public officials (as listed below) We hope you will join us as city staff orient new and existing Parks and Recreation Advisory committee members to the location, landscape, challenges and opportunities we face with our existing and proposed Parks and Recreation Facilities. Seats on the bus are limited to those that RSVP. If the bus is full others may follow the bus and participate in the tour by phone.

The tour starts and ends at Virgil Gibbons Heritage Park at the NEW North pavilion. Discussion will be an open format as NEW, existing, and proposed facilities, parks, and trail sites, are pointed out along the tour. Electronic and hardcopy materials including the most current Parks, Trails, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan will be available.
