- The City of Orem, Utah annually receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City received $700,228.00 in new entitlement funds for the fiscal year that began July 1, 2020 and ended June 30, 2021. Additional funding was also received through program income in the amount of $43,393.02. The City Manager's Office produced a performance report, as required by HUD. This Comprehensive Annual Performance Report (CAPER) is available for review and comment from September 16, 2021 through September 30, 2021 in the City Recorder's Office, Room 101 of the Orem City Center, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah or online at orem.org/cdbg. Comments must be received in writing, either in person or by email to kjmathews@orem.org. Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on September 30, 2021.
