7. Consideration of Resolution 2021-57 approving a master development agreement for the Countryside Ranches located at approximately 446 East Nygreen Street.
8. Consideration of Resolution 2021-58 approving a single lot development for Trent and Justine Tolman for the creation of a single lot in the Countryside Ranches located at approximately 446 East Nygreen Street.
9. Consideration of Resolution 2021-59 approving a master development agreement for the Cherry Wood Estates Phase 1-Final Plat.
10. Consideration of Resolution 2021-60 approving the Final Plat for Gary and Rava Giles and Shawn Holste on the Cherry Wood Subdivision located southwest of the Cherry Grove Subdivision for the creation of forty-three (43) lots in the R-1-21 zone.
11. Consideration of Resolution 2021-61 approving Braydee Baugh as the City Recorder.
