PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 560 E 1300 N (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Book End Investments LLC for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Atwood Estates Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 560 East 1300 North in the R1-15 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 452 W Center St. (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mustang Design, LLC for a site plan for a mixed- use building, on property located at approximately 452 West Center Street in the Downtown Village Zone - Commercial Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 452 W Center St. (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mustang Design, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a mixed-use building (Use #1133) containing 24 residential units and 8,000 SF of commercial space, on property located at approximately 452 West Center Street in the Downtown Village Zone - Commercial Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Preliminary Condominium Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 391 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Cityside Properties, LLC for a 9-unit preliminary, commercial condominium subdivision plat, called Sam White Plaza Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 391 West 700 South in the M-D (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 855 S N County Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of WRG Investors, LLC for a site plan for a single-story, single-tenant restaurant building on property located at approximately 855 South North County Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict.
