A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE C. SWEARING IN OF OFFICER MATHEWS. Officer Caylor Mathews will take his Oath of Office. D. DISCLOSURES E. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 1. August 10, 2021 Town Council Meeting 2. August 24, 2021 Town Council Meeting F. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. G. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY2022 BUDGET AMENDMENT. The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on a proposed amendment to the FY2022 Town. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm September 13, 2021 2. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY2022 TOWN BUDGET. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the FY2022 Town Budget. 3. SKI VIEW DRIVE SNOW REMOVAL DISCUSSION / DIRECTION. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will give direction on the snow removal policy as it pertains to the County area on Ski View Drive 4. PUBLIC ART DECISION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will decide on an option for the public art piece. 5. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREA POLICY AMENDMENT. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider an amendment to the Special Assessment Area Policy. 6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. H. ADJOURNMENT
