Description/Agenda: CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 13th day of September 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from July 12, 2021 2. New Business - Claude and Diane Gibbons - division of lot - Ken Hammon - access of property via city roads - Other Permits: o Thomas Palazzolo - Zoning Permit (Carport) - 497 E Center o Vern Draney - Zoning Permit (Goat Structure) - 265 S 200 W o Kyle and Tena - Residential Building Permit - 285 W 100 S o Chad and Kennie - Residential Building Permit - 41 W 200 S 3. Other Business - New LUDM Commissioner - Roads Master Plan - City Inspect Review 4.
