Roll Call The Town of Bluff will consider Ordinance No. 2021-30-9, an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to Sign an Acquisition and Development Agreement between the Town and Utah Dine Bikeyah for the acquisition and partial conveyance of the real property commonly known as the old Bluff Elementary School, Tax Parcel Nos. C0000010020, C0000010010, at a public hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the Bluff Comunity Center, 3rd East and Mulberry Avenue, Bluff, Utah. Interested persons can provide comments at the hearing or participate electronically at meet.google.com/ayt-ntam-jmg or phone 1-234-714-0047, PIN: 480379247. Instructions for participating can be found at www.townofbluff.org or on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website, www.utah.gov/pmn. Alternatively, persons may submit written comments to: Town of Bluff, P.O. Box 324, Bluff, Utah 84512 or office@townofbluff.org. The subject ordinance authorizes receipt of a financial contribution to the Town equal to the purchase price of the property; the subsequent conveyance of a portion of the property, subject to approval pursuant to applicable land use ordinances; and the joint redevelopment of the property into a Town Hall and other community facilities.
