PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - AUGUST 24, 2021.
PUBLIC HEARING - (Legislative)
1. Layton Health Holdings, LLC/Gentile Station - DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
The applicant, Logan Hall, representing Henry Walker Homes, requests an amendment to the Layton Health Holdings, LLC/Gentile Station development agreement to allow for one and a half story units along the west property line where single story units were originally proposed. The property is located at approximately 280 West Gentile Street.
2. Trailside (Barnes Property) - GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, & REZONE
The applicant, Destination Homes, representing the property owners, Maurice R. Barnes and Ellen N. Barnes Family Limited Partnership, propose a General Plan Amendment and Rezone from M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing/Industrial) to R-H PRUD (High Density Residential, Planned Residential Unit Development) and CP-3 (Planned Regional Commercial). The property is located at approximately 1800 West Gordon Avenue.
