- Request for Proposals Clearfield City is accepting electronic proposals for the Construction Management for the Clearfield Station Transit-Oriented Development Construction. The detailed proposal documents can be viewed by visiting http://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah. All submissions to this request for proposals are due electronically by the bidder through Sciquest no later than Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. The contact on this project is Braden Felix, Engineer/Deputy Public Works Director, 497 South Main Street Clearfield UT 84015.
