- To be posted on or before September 13, 2021 on the Utah Public Notice Website. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that draper city will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on September 23, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by Adam Lankford, representing Wasatch Residential Group. For a Text Amendment, known as the Day Dairy Medical Use Text Amendment, for the purpose of adding Medical Services as a permitted use within the Day Dairy Commercial Special District (CSD-DD) zone.
