PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday September 14, 2021 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting August 10, 2021. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) September 2021. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2020-2021 budget 4. Board Review / Approval of new SGHA admin plan (Nan McKay) 5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 6. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 7. Report on 21 Emergency Housing Vouchers lease up. 8. No SEMAP to report this year due to COVID. 9. C of C Grant NOFA is open. SGHA will apply again. 10. Report on SGHA Set-Aside award letter for portability funding.
