WEST VALLEY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on September 14, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on September 21, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-7-2020, filed by Holiday Oil To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) to Neighborhood Commercial and a zone change from R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, Minimum Lot Size 8,000 sq. ft.) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial). The property is located at 6443 West 3500 South on 0.34 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments.
