- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA September 9, 2021, 7:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2021 in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah. MEETING AGENDA 1. Roll Call/Opening Ceremony - Reid Smith 2. Approval of August 2021 minutes 3. Preliminary plan Anderson subdivision, one lot into two, 485 West 300 South 4. Preliminary plan Newton Hills subdivision, phase 2, parcels 13-028-0002 and 13-028-0003, approximately 200 North 300 West, Newton 5.
