Proposed policy for additional culinary water hookup fee, where private developer has extended city system main line over 1500 feet. 4. City Complex building HVAC issues - repair / replacement options. 5. Patti Landes - Experius International Academy. 6. Continuing Business a. Property lease contract for cellular tower - InfoWest 7. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Korry Soper 10. Consideration of minutes of the previous meeting. 11. City Manager Kent Barton. 12. Executive Session (if needed).
