WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on September 15, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on September 22, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://zoom.us/j/95328405803, on the following application: Application #ZT-5-2021, filed by Petersen Staggs Architects, LLP Requesting a zone text change to amend standards for fast-food with drive-throughs in the 5600 West Overlay Zone (7-14-404).
