NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Nick Tatton - Leak Adjustments Request 4. Toby's Yard Clean Up - Business License Application at 485 South 100 East Apartment # 4 5. Davey's Home and Business Cleaning and Supplies - Business License Application at 420 West Highway Drive 6. Proclamation 2021-01 - Southeastern Utah Suicide Prevention Specialist 7. Resolution 2021-34 - to change the rates on scheduled fees. Cemetery fees, city hall and park rentals. 8. Vouchers and Warrants 9. Council Reports 10. Mayoral Reports 11. Executive Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. 12.
