- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 7th day of August 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Mylind Fawcett - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held August 18, 2021 2. Business - Ordinance 21-09 'An Ordinance Amending the Clarkston Town Code Cemetery Rules and Regulations Title 7 Chapter 5 Section 17; Use of Amphitheater' - Annexation Plan 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Executive Session - To Discuss Employee Wages Councilmember N. Sparks - August Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
