Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 21 September 2021, 6:00 p.m., at the Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following item: Ordinance 2021-27 / Open Space Requirements (City Planner - Approximately 60 minutes) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2021-27 amending the Midway City Municipal Code regarding open space requirements. Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes the Friday before the meeting.
