a. The Redevelopment Agency Board may temporarily recess the meeting to convene in a closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205

Members' participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other board members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
