- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY OF HERRIMAN CITY SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, September 08, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman Community Development and Renewal Agency of Herriman City shall assemble for a meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 5355 WEST HERRIMAN MAIN STREET 7:00 PM: (OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THEREAFTER) 1. Call to Order 1.1. Motion for review and outline of the finalization process to approve the minutes of September 9, 2021 2. Discussion and Action Items 2.1. Resolution Approving an Interlocal Agreement between the Community Development and Renewal Agency of Herriman and Salt Lake County in the Herriman Innovation District Community Reinvestment Project Area - Chase Andrizzi, City Attorney 2.2. Discussion of a Participation Agreement benefitting one or more end users of the proposed Automall - Chase Andrizzi, City Attorney 3. Adjournment
