RICHFIELD CITY CORPORATION PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on a proposed amendment to Section 1706 of the Richfield City Land Use Code setting requirements for internal accessory dwelling units (IADU) and allowing IADUs as a permitted use in all residential zones with the exception of the R1-6 zone.
