- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Plain City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 16th day of September, 2021, in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to make adjustments to the 2021-22 Fiscal Year Budgets. All interested residents are invited to attend in person or via Zoom.
