- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SEPTEMBER 14, 2021 AND OCTOBER 7, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend the Gentile Station/Layton Health Holdings, LLC Development Agreement associated with properties located at approximately 280 West Gentile Street, C-TH (Condominium/Townhouse) zone approximately 6.16 acres. The proposed amendment would allow one-and-a-half story units along the west property line, in place of the single-story units originally proposed. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
