Description/Agenda: NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will conduct two public hearings in conjunction with the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 6:40 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Fillmore City Building, 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, UT for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning a proposed simple lot subdivision for Eban Leatham located at 90 South 200 West (6:40 p.m.); and to receive public comment regarding amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code to allow twin homes in the Residential 2 and Multi-Family zones. (6:45 p.m.) Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
