1. 8:30 a.m. Arrive at 201 S. Main - meet at information booth on north side of Gallivan Plaza 2. Downton Walk (45-60 min) 3. Break and Settle Into Meeting Space (15 minutes) CURRENT BUSINESS: 4. Roll Call (5 min) Eric Egenolf 5. Approve Minutes from June 14, 2021 Meeting (3 min) Action Item 6. Review of Public Comments (2 min) The Cultural Core Budget Committee accepts public comments in the following formats: Written comments may be submitted vial email to lucas@downtownslc.org or to the Downtown SLC Presents offices, 201 South Main Street, Suite 2300, Salt Lake City, UT no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. Verbal comments of two minutes or less are accepted at the meeting. 7. Cultural Core Program Review-4 year look back (30 minutes) BLOCKS Staff Lessons learned, year over year metrics, progress on action plan goals 8. Action Plan Overview (30 minutes) Felicia Baca and Matt Castillo 9. Metrics and Goals (60 minutes) Grace Lin and Eric Egenolf Group discussion on specific goals and metrics to be reported during the 2021-2022 FY 10. Lunch break and excuse BLOCKS staff 11. RFP next steps (30 minutes) Committee Only 6. Next Meeting: TBD 7.
