- Library Board Meeting Agenda Thursday, September 2, 2021 4:00 pm This meeting will be held at the library in the large conference room, and available through Zoom. Current social distance and mask guidelines will be observed. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes for August 5, 2021 3. Chair's Report Board Response to Recent Challenge Advocacy - Schools, Community 4. Director's Report 5. Neutrality Policy Statement 6. Public Comments 7. Adjourn Meeting Upcoming Schedule: Our next meeting is scheduled for 4:00pm on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the Grantsville City Library, also available through Zoom. Library Board meetings are open to the public. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act people with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation prior to board meetings.
