Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday September 16, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose amending the Naples City Land Use Ordinance: Creating a 1B zone. Adding special provisions in an agricultural zone for agricultural lot splits. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact the Planning Office at (435) 789-9090. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
