- Wednesday, September 1, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chamber at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Site Plan A. CANYON CREEK PLAT C PHASE 3 LOT 2. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 508 East Commerce Way. B. CHIPOTLE. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 841 East US 6. C. CSB NUTRITION ADDITION. The proposal involves an industrial development located at 2600 North Main Street. 2. Final Plat A. HIGH SKY ESTATES PLAT D. The proposal involves creating 16 residential lots for a development located at approximately 2410 East 1900 South. B. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES PLAT B. The proposal involves creating 30 residential units for a townhome development located at 1100 South 200 East. 3. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. The proposal involves modifications to City Code and Policy 39 of the City's Construction Standards with regard to screening and buffering walls for outdoor storage areas. 4. Concept Review A. 300 SOUTH MAIN STREET. The proposal involves intersection improvements at 300 South Main Street. 5. Adjourn
