- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is to review and recommend updates on associated technical amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate flood and geologic hazard mapping and related study revisions by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Utah Geologic Survey. (Ord. 13.74 and 13.75) The purpose of the second hearing is to make recommendation on proposed amendments to Chapter 13.77, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations, regarding consideration of parking lot shade tree requirements and standards. Information regarding this matter is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
