NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: Amendments to the Official Zoning Map of Cedar Hills, rezoning 9561 N Canyon Road from the PR 2.2 Planned Residential Zone to the R-1-15,000 Residential Zone Amendments to City Code Title 10 Chapter 5 related to Residential Short-Term Rentals Amendments to City Code Title 10-5-38 related to Ground Mounted Renewable Energy Systems Before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhills.org or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. /s/ Colleen A.
