- TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday September 1, 2021 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its' regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday September 1, 2021 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: 1.Approve August 4, 2021 Planning and Zoning minutes. 2- New copies of Town Ordinance books Update and discussion. 3- Codelibrary.amlegal.com Online access to town ordinances, information for p&z board and discussion. 4- Corrine City ordinances. Info and discussion 5- Tiny house Information and discussion. 6- Keri and Heidi Smith building permit Status of building permit and discussion. 7-Standing agenda items: Discuss and approve proposed changes to all sections of Town of Portage ordinances: Table of Contents and Sections: 101-118.
