PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 9th , 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 1048 N County Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John Properties for a 3-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'L' on property located at approximately 1048 N County Blvd in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1048 N County Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of St. John Properties for a site plan for a single-story, multi tenant retail building on property located at approximately 1048 N County Blvd in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone.
