- NEPHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 AT 7:00 PM IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 21 E 100 N, NEPHI. THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARING IS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON CHANGES TO THE LAND USE CODE REGARDING INTERNAL ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS.
