Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Summers/Hall Subdivision consisting of 2 lots located at approximately 309 North Center. Tax Id. #11-079-0013 c. The City Council shall receive public input, then with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval resolution 2021-15 approving the Wellsville City Annexation Policy. 9. Paul Freed Discuss Open Space appraisal for Creekside Meadows Subdivision. 10. Robert Boudrero - Present ideas for Sherwood Hills Property 11. Carolee Hammel - Discuss questions about Bridle Path Estate Subdivision 12. Continue discussion about water restrictions with culinary and secondary water for Wellsville City and notification process. 13. Discuss Founders Day preparation 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report.
