Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold four public hearings on Thursday, September 9, 2021, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The public can view the meeting online via YouTube: youtube.com/channel/UCAr2VUIDJHA1TDImLue0aDw/live. The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the following requests: 1. A conditional use permit for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located at 5342 W 3550 S for James and Robert Rasmussen 2. A conditional use permit for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located at 4747 S 5900 W for David and Kara Auser 3. A conditional use permit for fence extension from 6ft to 8ft located at 5020 S 5050 W for Andre Redar and Olatundae Cerie Foster 4. A conditional use permit for an oversized structure of 1920sqft located at 5191 S 5950 W for Paul Bohn
