Wednesday, September 1, 2021 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a Planning Commission work session commencing at 5:00 p.m. and a Planning Commission meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on September 1, 2021. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Planning Commission Meetings located at the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Work Session (5:00 p.m.) No formal actions are taken in a work session. 2. Minutes A. July 7, 2021 B. August 4, 2021 3. Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. 590 EAST CENTER. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for townhomes to be built on the vacant lot located at 590 East Center Street. B. WASATCH PALLET. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from I-1 to I-2 for a parcel located at approximately 800 West 1000 North. 4. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. The proposal involves modifications to City Code and Policy 39 of the City's Construction Standards with regard to screening and buffering walls for outdoor storage areas. 5. Annexation A. MORRELL ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that approximately 37 acres located at the intersection of Main Street and Woodland Hills Drive be annexed into the City. B. UTAH WEST. The proposal requests that 119 acres located at approximately 1600 North 900 West be annexed into the City. 6. Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. 430 NORTH DUPLEX (OLSEN) AMENDED. The proposal involves modifying the current Infill Overlay Zone project approval for property located at 432 North 600 East. The applicant proposes modifications to the exterior building materials. 7. Other Business 8. Adjourn
