Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the CITY COUNCIL on SEPTEMBER 7, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by DRAPER CITY, for a TEXT AMENDMENT, known as the CITY INITIATED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT TEXT AMENDMENT, for the purpose of AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF DRAPER CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 9, IN ORDER TO AMEND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM THE TITLE, DEFINITIONS, ADMINISTRATIVE AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCEDURES, SECOND KITCHENS IN SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS, AND ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS.
