Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 15, 2021. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to allow the public to comment on the following: Proposed changes to 10-11-2A, 10-11-2B and 10-11-2C Accessory Buildings- proposed change to maximum height. Proposed Ordinance prohibiting the use of semi-trailers and shipping containers as an accessory building. Proposed changes to 10-8-5 Minimum Corner Lot Setback Front/Rear Proposed Development and Construction Design Standard for sidewalks, walking paths, bike paths and trails.
